I’m Ron, a Las Vegas local with a passion for growth and elevation. After graduating from Durango High School, and being recruited by many Ivy League schools, I went on to play college basketball at Southern University, an HBCU In Louisiana, on athletic scholarship. While in college I studied music and business but always found the most gratification in helping other people achieve things that help them in their own personal lives.

After college I moved back to Las Vegas and started working with corporate scale companies in sales and client management.

I also launched a purpose driven company of his own called Green The World. The company’s mission is to assist the local community by “Making Big Impacts, on Small situations”. I am still an active director in the company as it continues to uplift the community.

In 2017, I started working in the Solar Industry; assisting homeowners and Business-owners across the nation find the best Solar outfit for their family and company renewable transitions. After years of successfully assisting hundreds of clients with their solar projects, I aligned with Sol-Up. I chose this exclusive partnership based on the consistency in which the company delivers happy customers, and the way they treat their employees like individuals that matter.

Solar is something that will truly change the world for the better. And it already has. I am very grateful to have to opportunity to assist the homeowners of my hometown with such a positive step forward.
