From the School of the Hard Knocks! Born and raised in NY, when I say water and coffee the accent is heavy and thick. Moved to Las Vegas from Long Beach, CA in 2005. I love living in Las Vegas with the lights and sights. My favorite enjoyment in my spare time is fine dining and traveling. I get an adrenaline rush turning a no into a yes. No means not yet! 25 years of demonstrated success as a sales professional. Sold everything from Cars, home refinancing, Computer software, and internet advertising. Always thrived in positions that had strict quotas. I perform better under pressure. Pressure makes diamonds. Still have a valid timeshares license. Was a top performer with some of the best jobs in Las Vegas, Yellowpages.com, Wyndham Destinations, and Identifix. Became a sponge working with some of the top performers in the business. Worked closely with national real estate coach and trainer Mike Ferry who taught question-based selling. Took courses on Integrity selling. Success is very very important. Even in my spare time, I’m always working on ways to perfect my craft.
