About Kristian Lasala

I’m a native New Yorker at heart originally born in Long Island. When I was just 6 years old my family decided to move cross country and settle in Las Vegas in hopes of creating a new life. As much as I’d like to say high school at Cimarron-Memorial was my golden years it was really when I entered college at the University of Redlands in Southern California that my world expanded. After graduating with a Business degree, I decided to start my career in the culinary world. First, as a cook at the fine dining establishment, Strip steak at Mandalay Bay, and then just one year later moved to the largest banquet operation in the United States at the Venetian and Palazzo hotel.
I quickly worked up the chain of command from Master Cook to Saucier to Sous Chef in Garde Manger feeding anywhere from 300 to 30,000 people during any event. Once the pandemic hit in 2020 shutting down the entire strip, I wanted to embark on new avenues and found myself a job in food manufacturing supplying Whole Foods and Coffee Bean in multiple territories across the nation. And then just 2 years later an opportunity came my way I just couldn’t pass up, Executive Banquet and Catering Chef for Allegiant Stadium and the Raiders.

Exciting to say the least, between game days, concerts, and corporate events we would feed over 4,000 people including the teams. In Culinary we are taught to always go above and beyond to give the customer a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Throughout my 9-year career in culinary, I have always upheld that standard but felt it was time to give that energy towards something else.
When I found Sol-up I knew I was partnering with the best of the best solar company in the industry. They are the leader in the Nevada market at giving their customers once in a lifetime solar experience. The professionalism and attention to detail that Sol-Up shows with every customer.
To further broaden my network, I decided to join one of the most prestigious referral organizations called LeTip International. In our Chapter, we have a wide assortment of professionals in industries ranging from Real Estate, Plumping, Chiropractic, etc. This has allowed me to go one step beyond gaining referrals for myself but allowed me to further help my customers with other needs beyond solar. This has given me the badge of being the most well-rounded Energy Consultant.
