Disclosures and Terms:

Eligibility: Contestants must be homeowners to qualify for the solar installation prize. Proof of homeownership by deed will be recorded.

Prize Details: The grand prize includes a solar installation valued up to $45,000. This covers the cost of a solar system with a maximum capacity of 10 kilowatts. Any additional costs or upgrades beyond this value will be the responsibility of the winner.

Installation Location: The installation can take place at any property where the winner is named on the deed, not necessarily their primary residence.

Taxes and Fees: The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or fees associated with the prize.

Eligibility Period: Entries are accepted on an ongoing basis. There is no specific entry time frame; however, only one entry per address is allowed. Entries remain eligible for future drawings as long as they have not been selected as a winner before.

Drawings: Two drawings will occur annually—on December 20th and July 1st. Entries will be included in each drawing held after their submission.

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen through a random drawing held on December 20th and July 1st. All decisions are final.

Notification: Winners will be notified via phone call, text message to the number entered, and email to the address provided by the entrant, within 72 hours of the drawing.

Acceptance: The winner must respond within 7 business days of notification to accept the prize offer. If the winner does not respond within this period, a new winner may be selected.

Prize Fulfillment: Installation must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of the winner’s acceptance of the prize. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Publicity: By entering, contestants agree to allow the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
