No Payments Until Installation Promotion – Terms and Conditions
This promotional offer (“Offer”) is provided by Solup Solar and is subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility
- Offer is available to customers who enter into a contract with Solup Solar for a new solar energy system.
- Offer applies to both financed and cash purchase transactions, as outlined below.
- This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives.
- Financed Transactions
- Customers who finance their solar system through an approved lender will make no payments from the date of contract execution through the date of system installation.
- A maximum deferral period of six (6) months applies, after which regular loan payments will commence as per the financing agreement.
- Cash Purchase Transactions
- Customers who purchase their system with cash are eligible to have Solup cover up to six (6) months of their power bill, based on the customer’s prior six-month average utility bill, not to exceed $300.00 per month.
- The total amount covered will be calculated based on the customer’s historical utility usage and will be paid directly to the customer.
- General Terms
- This Offer has no cash value and is non-transferable.
- Solup reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Offer at any time, without prior notice.
- Participation in this Offer is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with all terms.
- By participating, customers agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
