I knew when I was going to purchase my next home it would have a solar system installed. The question was: Who to use? Well being the consummate product researcher I did much due diligence on solar companies in Las Vegas. What I found was that the majority just lacked the level of detail, professionalism, enthusiasm, and down right passion for alternative energy solutions. I found the technology Sol Up uses, the panels and design are top notch and far above the competition's. The price was highly competitive without having to negotiate. The installation process, time frames, and communication were also of the highest level. Once the actual installation began it was a rapid process. The installation team was extraordinarily professional and I had no problems working with them or allowing them to work in and on my home. Once the system was activated (which they seamlessly handled all the back of house permits/NV Energy requirements etc...) It worked wonderfully and with the technology I can monitor from an app or the web (it will even tell me how many teapots of electricity I've generated!) Frank came out for the final commissioning and voilà I am now rocking and rolling with some major electricity generation. I wouldn't hesitate to use Sol Up again if I ever needed to!

I had Sol Up install my panels in April 2015. I selected Sol Up as my solar panel vendor because they offered the highest output 60 cell panel (300 watts from Sunpreme) with a 25 year material and 10 year labor warranty at the lowest costs. At the end of the day, I have enough clean power to power my home without taking up 100% of my roof with solar panels. I had one company proposed installing north facing panels! After installation, I noticed a car looking at my solar panels from the car on the street. I walked by the car and they called me over to ask about the panels. The two men were admiring how nice and powerful the panels were. I talked about my shopping and buying experience and the men were impressed. They were both wearing Solar City shirts. The two men instantly noticed the product was higher quality then what they offer and were not surprised by the poor proposal story I had with their company. I've recently got solar installed on my house. I must say I am very satisfied with Sol-Up and how everything was done. They were quick and always on time to respond. The techs who installed were all well mannered and informative about the system and explaining the process. The guys and gals I've spoken with at the office were also all informative and quick to respond to any questions or concerns i had. I would highly recommend Sol-Up for anyone looking to get solar. I've gotten a few quotes from other places and they were flat out rude or tried to up sell me stuff I did not need. Installing Solar power was a big and costly decision for me. I looked at many companies as well as comparing lease vs purchase. I am extremely happy I chose to purchase and purchase form Solup. I'm not a green advocate, but like the idea of staying cool and comfortable during summer living in Vegas. And I hate forking over big $$$ to NV Energy four months every year. I observed three other solar jobs in my neighborhood, all done by separate contractors, and all had different slip shod curbside installation appearances. Comparing solar installation experiences with my friends at work, Sol Up consistently stood out in quality materials, installation, appearance as well as technology while meeting their monthly energy needs. Frank Reiger, from Sol Up gave me a detailed proposal. Upon listened to my energy concerns, he lowered his solar panel proposal after re calculating by replacing my very old and inefficient condensers with higher SEER rated air conditioners, that I would need less panels. Solup's installation and office staff kept me appraised of all NV Energy process steps, which requires significant home owner patience. If this review were about NV Energy, it would be totally different. Bottom line, I now have a quality, efficient, solar system installed. Solup's attention to detail didn't create any additional home owner headaches for me, and to my surprise, works well and I can track its energy production any time of the day. No more NV Energy monthly mortgage payment equivalent power bills. And in about 8 years, thanks to my fellow taxpayers for the 30% energy tax credit, the system will have paid for itself.

I has Sol-Up install my panels in May 2014. I can't say enough how wonderful Frank and his staff is to work with. Within two weeks my system was installed. The Techs were great to work with. They were very professional and informative in the process of installing the system and how it works. In June 2015, I had four more panels added at the same cost as the first set of panels installed in 2014. I have called several times regarding the operating system and Dan has been very supportive and patient with me as I learn to how to use the data information system. Keep up the great work!

I have just recently purchased a top of roof solar system for my home and wish to express my pleasure I have had with the entire process of this transaction. I am extremely pleased with the final product and the professionalism that I encountered from the very first presentation of the product right thru to the completion and operation of the system. I had several companies propose their product but felt that the system provided by Sol-up was far superior and extremely competitively priced. The company handled the process with no inconvenience to me, taking care of all HOA concerns and power company needs. My home was respected and left in perfect condition upon completion. I was presented with a very professional approach to the benefits and operations of the system prior to making the decision to buy. Once installed there was a binder given to me with all of the information necessary to track my power production and understand how to manage my system easily. The outside appearance of my system was another pleasing aspect of my purchase. I had the idea that it would be an un-attractive addition to my roof, but was going to accept that fact in order to drastically reduce my power costs.
